WeMB, formerly known as Manitoba Women's Enterprise Centre Inc., is a pioneering non-profit organization based in Winnipeg. Since 1994, we have been dedicated to empowering all self-identifying women+ (cis, trans, 2S, and gender-diverse) entrepreneurs across Manitoba. Our commitment lies in providing tailored support through advising, financing, training, and networking, ensuring that women+ can thrive at every stage of their entrepreneurial journey.
As the first federally funded Women's Enterprise Initiative in Western Canada, WeMB has cultivated a strong and resilient community of innovative women+ entrepreneurs. As we approach our 30th anniversary in 2024, WeMB stands ready to adapt to the diverse needs of our clients, forging pathways to success for more women+ and breaking down barriers to accessing vital resources.
